Pros

Freestyle step has 2 risers on each side which gives me 8 inches to step up to. Features an extra groove that permits the step to be used on a *, in addition to the traditional way. There are grooves that allow it to be set to an incline position.

Cons

It squeeks and flexes, and is definitely not as solid as its forefather. I give it a year before the mat rips up.
