Plastic mat is more durable and flexible than my previous mat. The studs underneath keep it from moving.

The product is nearly unusable, which is a shame because the quality seems pretty decent other than this one fatal flaw. Do not falsely advertised.
This mat is not designed for mid height carpet. The wheels indent into the mat where it is difficult to roll around. It makes the mat nearly unusable. This mat must have been rolled up for shipping.

Upon opening i attempted to unroll the mat flat on the floor but it was so stiff i had to call my friend in the room to assist me with getting it to lay flat

The next morning when i woke up the mat was essentially completely flat and the weights were no longer needed

There was an instruction paper in the box saying to use a blow dryer if the item wouldn’t unroll easily but i didn’t see that until after we had already struggled to get it flat
