Pros
The ernie ball jacquard patterns are just stunningly beautiful. The strap is well made, stitching is good.
No bulky fold overs and no silly nonsense. Very comfortable and easily adjustable. Wish they would make this in a narrower size for ukes.
Strap is sturdy. It holds my guit-fiddle. All ernie ball guitar straps have been well built and durable in my experience.
Good quality from one of the top guitar brands. Made by a reliable manufacturer of music products. I have several so far they have proved to be a great guitar strap.
Cons
Music gear is supposed to be able to withstand at least minimal wear and tear. It's so stiff that it cuts my neck. If you're buying this for regular gigging/use, spend the extra money for something else that will last.

Might want to consider some sort of small cardboard sleeve to keep the strap from unravelling
