Pros

It has all the necessary features without losing the sleekness of the chair. The design is excellent, and it was definitely a great purchase. I am not rich enough to buy an aeron without hesitation.

Easy to install and comfortable when i'm tired of working and lie back to relax. Material is breathable so i don't get hot after working in a chair for too long.

The left side lever allows you to tilt the chair so that it can lean back. The right side lever is for height adjustment. The height of the seat cushion can be adjusted up and down.

The seller is extremely responsive and shipped me the replacement part very quickly.

Cons

The chair continues to work fine per my earlier review, but this is unacceptable for a chair of this vintage and price point. Don't waste your money.

The arms are not adjustable and are just a little low for my liking. The next leaning position is too far back. There is no feature that allows you to just limit by how much the back can tilt.
