Pros

My husband has back problems and the lumbar support is great. The mesh surface is breathable, the cushion is comfortable, and it is great value for money. Only thing concerning me is how the mesh base of the chair starting to flatten.

The chair has everything i want and was for a cheaper price than competitors. Got this chair with a bit hesitation but turned out to be a good product.

Cons

Customer support is basically non existent. This chair is just all around junk. Plastic arms split the second you lean back to far, and i definitely lean in my chairs.

The seat length is not sufficient for a comfortable seating posture. The fabric is not smooth, it is itchy, and will probably tear your cloths. The seat slants down so you slide down.
