Pros

This chair is highly customizable and looks stylish. The fabric back is just as stylish as the mesh. The color is a good bit darker than what is pictured on amazon.

The recline feature is fantastic, especially for the price range. The lumbar support is a nice addition, you feel it at all times and it is adjustable to a degree. It's perfectly in range for me.

The seat cushion is firmer than the amia, but is still comfortable. The casters glide smoothly and the cushion is very comfortable and is very similar to a memory foam. The chair is firm but ergonomic and supportive.

The tilt has several limit positions, but i do wish that there was an option to lock it up completely straight with no tilting back at all.

This is the best chair i have ever bought and it is worth every penny. The build quality isn't amazing, but more than adequate for the price. This chair definitely fits the bill.
