It promotes an upright, healthy posture and is a joy to sit in. It's stylish, affordable, and extremely comfortable. The lumbar is adjustable which is great.

The range of different ergonomic adjustments is off the charts. It has a knob to adjust tilt tension and it also has a tilt lock for multiple degrees.

The back has the perfect amount of firmness and softness when you lean back. The hard arm pads which i'm not used to, were remedied by ordering some memory foam pads for them.

Cons

Clatina customer service only responds 2 days later at 3am, very weird. This chair is practically unusable now. Still under the warranty period.

This causes the bolt connecting the seat pan to the back pivot to pull free from the frame. I weigh 195 lbs - well under the rated amount for this chair (275 lbs) so this isn't an instance of me just overloading it.

This chair is comfy the cushion is of high quality as i can sit on the chair for hours without feeling the hard base

Very easy to assemble chair is built very well and is quite hefty

Its 2 layers of high quality fabric with a layer of foam in the middle thats about half an inch thick

The lift cylinder protrudes a full three inches below its socket in the base when fully seated

This chair is great for the price is very supportive and comfortable

Im amazed at all the bells and whistles at this price point

It even comes with a headrest which could cost 200 alone by one of the high end chairs

Any rational person wouldnt believe it cost less than 500

It arrived within four days of ordering and was extremely well packaged

They got right back to me like amazingly quick had me send a few photos of the issue and took care of us right away

I sent the video to the supplier on amazon and they were quick to respond and take care of me

Will be arriving in a couple of days

Packaging/appearance

Very well packaged easy to assemble sturdy and comfortable at the upper end of its weight range

It looks very nice in my home office not too fancy not too simple

The packaging was superb and it was easy to put together

Packagingthe boxes are pretty basic on the outside and i dont personally find that good or bad

My spouse and i both compare it favorably to her steelcase leap v2
