Pros

This is where this chair shines. The weight of the chair is far heavier than my last. Construction seems pretty solid.

Outside of the cushion curves upward, so it compresses muscle and nerves. Firm but not uncomfortably so. D adjustable arm rests that move vertically and horizontally with a nice firm spongy material.

The adjustable arm rest helps contour to arms and table reach. The head rest also works really well as i can move it out of the way and then rotate it into place if i want to recline. It reclines waayyyyy back.

This chair is a game changer! This chair makes that so easy! Only downsides are it’s very very heavy so picking it up to move is very difficult.

Cons

Do not support this steelcase ripoff. It is an office chair with a central post that broke through some plastic divider and now rests directly on the floor, threatening to put holes in my carpet.

The lumbar support is too low. The armrests are too far out for my frame and can't be moved in. The chair is horrible for reclining with the fabric back.

Clatina advertises a 60-month warranty, but gives no way to access it. They advertise one product and ship another cheaper one. Their hotline number is also disconnected.

Approximately one year from purchasing my chair unfortunately broke

The lumbar support that the chair comes with is unfortunately pretty uncomfortable even with adjustment

With so many chairs for 200 on amazon this must be the wellmade of the bunch

All in all though this is definitely a solid chair in the sub300 category

I saw this chair on btod youtube channel and its the only chair under 300 they recommended

This chair is getting you 90 to 95 of the way to a steel case leap v2 with a fraction of the price

I reached out to customer service and within a few days i was able to receive a brand new one for my problems with the last

For some reason the headrest is shipped separately from the chair the chair was shipped fedex and the headrest was shipped ups

Set up was really easy with three bolts and i also appreciated the light usage of packaging and all of it was recyclable

Competitiveness

It is way better than any of the 34gaming34 chairs you see online

If i could go back id probably have spent the money on a nicer chair so ifwhen this one breaks ill likely go for the higher end options

At first i tried to reach out to clatina via the email listed online but it kept coming back as the email was invalid

Chair is very easy to assemble especially compared to some options in the next price tier down about 150
