Its not actually dualhanded as theres a sensor on the left side because it wanted to also be placed on a flat surface

If it was designed fully to be held in the hand and had only the trackball to move the mouse then it wouldnt be off at all

The size of the trackball makes it hard to use the scroller as its too far away from the trackball to comfortable get at with the thumb but its a small nitpick compared to the trackball itself

The trackball isnt flush in the hole making the slightest shake moves the cursor and sometimes has to be shaken a little to realign the sensor or else wont move the cursor again

Im tempted to use a band around my hand to keep the mouse in my hand the grip is so bad
