Pros
I like that the chair overall feels sturdy. Solid construction, pleasing aesthetics and great packaging.
No complaints. Sat on this one, and really liked it. It is magic!
Cons
The ergohuman is one of the most uncomfortable materials you could put on a chair. Comparing this to a herman miller chair that my spouse got, the ergohumans is inferior in comfort and mesh quality. It breaths, which is like the only nice thing.
Headrest is too high for me to ever use it, no matter how i adjust it. I have to have my desk higher is ergonomic to fit the chair under my desk, which throws off the alignment of my arms.
The build quality is exactly the same as cheaper bog-standard office chairs but for a much higher price. On that axis it is nowhere close to justifying its price tag.
Chair has very limited application and only for medium height people due to serious design flaws. The seat is very shallow.

It takes a little personal adjusting including the headrest to get this right but with the right adjustments this chair makes me happy
Love the build quality so we just got another one
As good as it is and really other chairs of this quality are similar or more expensive its still a lot of money for a chair

I would have gone through at least four lower cost chairs by this time

Packaging/appearance
Packaging in both outside box was torn inside packaging is quite good do so no visible damage
I wish the adjustable armrests could lower to the point where they were out of the way

I kept hitting dead ends chairs that just werent going to work or the ones that would were discontinued and no longer available

Mine are still good but smallish bubbles are appearing on the surface that makes me think they could start cracking in the next few years

I see they also have all the mesh seating surfaces available as replacements too but they arent quite as cheap as the wheels and arms although i think they are still reasonable about 120 or 150 for bottom and back

I got mine when it was 100 less than the current price and i online ordered it from a major office supply store that merged with another major office store chain with a really nice coupon 250 off so it was 350 after coupon

My only major hangup is that the headrest is a too far forward which makes it very uncomfortable
