I guess its by design to avoid being accidentally pushed but this should have been mentioned in the users manual

Another thing im not very happy about is the packaging

There was very little padding in the top package so the first one came damaged

After filing a warranty claim online with a few pictures a new top was shipped the next business day without asking me to return the damaged one

The only reason i am giving this 4 stars rather than 5 stars is because when pushing the buttons for the updown function they are unresponsive for the first few pushes until it seems to wake up

The instructions really should really have this information in them as they do not and it had me worried that the one i received had a small defect
