Pros

The hand crank is perfect and the customer service was stellar. My only complaint is that the smallest allen wrench they give you doesn't fit the set screws.

The product is sturdy and well made. Crossbars, base, and all parts are made of heavy steel. The bases are very sturdy and assembled easy enough, cranking is easy and smooth enough.

The frame is quite sturdy, no risk of tipping. It easily cranks up or down. I think that is more function of having both my monitors on adjustable flex arms than the table frame though.

Cons

The desk arrived defective, there is a gear missing so there is nothing to crank. Also, the size is between 1/8 and 7/64; an infinitesimal increment, but also non-standard.
