The only reason i am giving this 4 stars rather than 5 stars is because when pushing the buttons for the updown function they are unresponsive for the first few pushes until it seems to wake up

The instructions really should really have this information in them as they do not and it had me worried that the one i received had a small defect

I called customer service and they immediately sent me an entirely new base without me having to pay to mail the old one back

The new base i received does not even need any wakeup button pushes

Cheap materials like the desk feet and coating of the desk itself to be expected though gotta make your dollar somewhere

I guess its by design to avoid being accidentally pushed but this should have been mentioned in the users manual
