Pros

Quality, absorbency, and texture top rate. Very pleased with it. Good price and exceptional quality of the tool.

Cleaned the throttle plate/body and immediately saw an improvement per the scanner of the throttle position. Used on my 99 chevy tahoe 5.

The gauge seems ruggedly constructed with good fittings. Comes with a variety of adapters to fit any engine that uses a carburetor. The correct power valve setting is 1/2 the vacuum at the manifold.

Nice and tidy kit with a variety of connectors and *. If you place a screen protector on the cover that should eliminate the only downfall of the product.

Cons

The needle is permanently off zero by 7 lbs vac, so while you can guess vacuum/pressure by reading either + or - 7lbs, it's still really just a guess. Spend a little more at your local hardware store or elsewhere online(couldn't find a better one curr... Read More

Mine was made in taiwan and had noticeably better quality fittings than the chinese made oem tools kit you can rent from autozone

If you place a screen protector on the cover that should eliminate the only downfall of the product

Mine came with the pointer right on zero however included instructions explain how to resit pointer if unit is dropped

Price was better on amazon than in local stores

I like the price and it works well

As im using this for a mopar jeep application the gauge and hose fit right out of the package
