Pros

First time buying ink from amazon. I do a lot of printing because of my genealogy research and the xl give me a lot more ink, but oem is better than buying off the wall remanufactured cartridges. The xp-410 printers are always thirsty for black ink.

Cons

Epson has the worst customer support and the printers are designed to force you to buy these outrageously expensive replacements. It still has ink but the onboard chip says it has printed too many pages. This entire printer is a joke.
