Pros

Epsom salt helps relieve sore muscles and aching feet. Using 2 cups per bath, 2-3 times a week adds up. Epson salt baths are essential to keeping me functional and able to endure life.

Epson salt is fantastic quality. Being able to buy it in such a large size makes it cheaper.

Love this stuff, and so much easier than hauling 19lb from the store. A pound at the store is about $8 in portland, or and similar cities, so this purchase is a no brainer. We really appreciate san francisco salt company not taking the shortcuts.

Cons

This is a large, heavy bag of salts--not something that can be easily dumped into a ziplock. The bag was ripped and taped over in transit with several pounds of salt missing as a result.
