Pros & Cons
Pros
Its shiny, not smelly, it works. It takes some experimenting to find out how much is too much. It works pretty well as far as i can tell, although it does have a strong odor.
Great product for guitar inlay sealing. Used on fimo and on sculpey.
Clear as glass when cured no yellowing. Takes about 30 seconds to a minute to cure with small handheld uv flashlight supplied with another uv glue.
Cons
It smells like fish mixed with oil base paint. Also smells oddly like patchouli. Uv light also looks extremely cheap and i'm even wondering if it is just a glorified led light.
The bottom 1/3-1/2 of the dice were not cured at all. Other people have this problem with some uv resins too. If anything rubs against the surface after it fully cures, it will get sticky and gum up.
The tacky/sticky mess left makes this product unusable. Even just as a top coat with a 120w uv nail lamp for 45 minute. Still feels tacky on polymer clay. Don't make the mistake of buying this with the thought of using it to glue something together.
I've used a few brands of uv & this one is horrible! Don’t waste your time. It's just not what i thought i was purchasing.
Highlights
Quality
It cures very quickly with the uv light
I have heard great things about this brand of uv resin and i will say i am pleased
Apply the product cure it in the uv lamp
Packaging/appearance
It came in an unmarked white bag without instructions and although i am new to resins this was easy to use straight out of the bottle
Competitiveness
Worked well on a ceramic lizard and a petg 3d print
Actually sets fast enough to do a continuous builup
