Pros

The mailbox box is very sturdy, a good size and even good looking. I feel fairly confident for our business, that they will pass our box by and look for easier pickins.

There is nothing in the mailbox to prevent access to the inside of the mailbox while the top door is open. Even the dimmest of criminals could defeat this box. The mailbox is now unusable bc there is no way for me to fix it. The clip that holds the ou... Read More

The bottom hinge of the locking door rusts. Without this hinge the box is useless. Be sure to factor in the cost of a locksmith when pricing out this option.

The mail gets wet and is unreadable unless we are there. In winter, snow blows into it so then it is wet and icy both.

Only tools needed are a 13mm wrench a philips head screwdriver a level a tape measure and a shovel
