Pros & Cons
Pros
It's a good weight, not light and flimsy. It’s like an intro to the weighted heavy jump ropes. Good weight to make for challenging cardio sessions.
Cons
Shortening causes a lot of fraying unless you heat seal the ends. I'm not sure if it is an assembly flaw, or false advertising.
Highlights
Quality
It’s still great though i’d have rather buy it with the spare when i had the chance
This is a great rope extremely high quality fit and finish
But with the weighted rope it feels 10x better overall
Competitiveness
I have two epitomie ropes one thick and one thin rope

Suggestion if you buy it make sure to buy a spare rope i’ve been using mine for almost a 8 months without the plastic thingy because i find it a bit uncomfortable and it’s starting to worn out
