It gives you more volume because it is thicker and it pushes you in and up. Works great in bathing suits.

They definitely increase you a full cup size. I ordered a size c (wear 32 d) based on sizing chart, the inserts are the perfect size for me. Perfect for when i’m in a bikini and i just want a little extra fullness.

Cons

I wear a d cup, and i found these to be more awkward than supportive. It offers no support, it slides around, and the cutsey-heart design does nothing. Unfortunately the product is all hype and marketing.
