I agree with others that large eggs are better than extralarge eggs

And though the epicurious is nonstick i have found that a little nonstick spray in the bottom of the cup helps a dollop of oil would as well as another reviewer mentioned

I am now working on when to remove the egg too soon and the white is not fully cooked too late and the yellow is overcooked
