Pros
The color, weight, coating and shape are just a few reasons i would buy these extremely inexpensive pans. The glass lids are awesome. They are thick and well coated.
The heat distribution is fantastic and heats more quickly than my old enamel pots. The only downside is that they tend to buckle up in the middle on the higher heat settings. Everything else heats wonderfully.
The color is outstanding, deep and rich. The red is vibrant and beautiful. Color is accurate, a beautiful red.
Love the look and functionality of this cookware. This is my second one i finally wore the my first one out after many years of use. My replacement is on its way!
Cons
Epicurious cookware is not something you can feel proud owning and it certainly doesn't last. A lot of scratches and chips. It is embarrassing to put out when entertaining as they look so beat up. Had rust, scratches, chips, and a dent.
