These boards are dishwasher safe, very durable, do not warp, don’t damage blades on knifes any more than a wood board will. It’s easy to clean and durable. It is easy to use since it is lightweight.
This is a replacement for one i’ve had for 10 years that had warped. They hold up beautifully. Buy them with confidence.

Epicurean board is probably 10 yrs old, still looks great. These cutting boards are durable and attractive.

Epicurean is a piece of junk. Fine for the first 6 mos. Will not buy again.
