Pros

They are durable, don't dull knives, and they don't stain and discolor. Cleans well without staining in dishwasher, or just rinsing. Be sure to dry thoroughly before storing.

Epicurean are my favourite cutting boards. Use for chopping a variety of vegetables and leaving them in piles on this massive cutting board.

Beautifully crafted, feels like a quality product. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Cons

Has a really awful smell that leeches into the food.

Extremely disappointed with this product. Threw it out tonight after only 5 or 6 uses. Would not recommend.

The board itself is nothing special. The board is unusable. Renders it dangerous as it does not sit solid to use a knife on and therefore it is now useless.
