Pros
Epicurean cutting board is lightweight, easy to clean, and store. Fits my dishwasher. The juice well works nicely. Easy on knife edges.
Cons
The board comes with big patches of yellow stain on both sides. This one has a strong chemical odor a bit like formaldehyde. Buy the sage board instead.

Hand and dishwasher safe temps to 350°f and easy on knife edges makes this the perfect choice for me
I chop and mince so much garlic and onions and they just don’t smell
Ran through the dishwasher several times and the board hasnt warped

It was shipped out in a timely fashion and arrived on time
However it did have a chemical smell when it first arrived
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was just a paper bag without box nor even bubbles again
No packaging at all but only the carrier’s thin plastic bag

To be honest other than the color becoming a little richer as it aged you can’t tell it’s as old as it is

I thought it was misdelivered but had forgotten that i had grabbed the package set it aside where it got covered up and found it a couple of weeks later
