Pros

Epic gum has more xylitol than any other gum. Xylitol is great for your teeth helps to avoid cavities and it's also sugarfree does not raise blood sugar. After chewing for a while the piece is pretty small, but again, this is fine for me.

Cons

The flavor disappears after 10 seconds. What is strong is the odor emanating from the packaging! Xylitol is a chemical is some artificial sugars and is extremely toxic for dogs.

Extremely disappointed. Chew at your own risk. Maybe an occasional piece is okay, but do your research and you will realize that this product is not good for your health.

It has a weird chemical moldy mint taste now, which no gum should have, let alone cinnamon gum. The gum itself is just okay, and the benefits of xylitol are debatable.

I used to get toothacheheadaches in the evenings and i havent gotten any since i switched to this xylitol gum

But it wears off quickly and then it’s just sugarless gum

Buy it in the packs and not in the bottles
