The pressure knob is easy to adjust, the temp and timer are simple to operate, and it has a more even heating surface than the lighter aluminum models. The timer and the set temp allows me less material burning.

The seller is refusing to do anything about it and tells me that the warranty is only 90 days from the date of purchase

So disappointed in the sellers response and refusal to help troubleshoot what could be wrong with it other than it just being a defective unit from the start
