Pros & Cons
Pros
My pump mounts on the side in its own bracket which is sandwiched between the bag cage and the bike. It fits snuggly into the water bottle carrier. This is a nice semi-hard tool case for that water bottle cage on your mountain bike that just won’t fit... Read More
The epessa accommodates more “stuff” than my old saddle pack. Design is great for not falling out of holder. Perfect * for spare tube and small tools.
Saves your shoulders and lower back by lightening the load in the backpack. I am a bit ocd with what i take on the ride, and how it looks on the bike. The zipper opens and closes smoothly and is contoured to fit securely in the bottle holder.
Works great. Looks slick. It works well. And it looks cool.
Cons
It's a fine product if you are planning to use it for road bike purposes, however for mtb or gravel routes the water and mud will get into the zipper and eventually it will not open ever again. Had for about 6 months.
Highlights
Quality
It’s a solid durable product plenty of room for your spare tube tire levers co2 pump cashcards etc
High quality great organization compartments and durable
Well built but does not fit all water bottle cages
It is also bulky when you put in on your jersey back pocket and since the weight is now all in a single unit it looks weird
Price
I cannot rebuild a small block chevy engine but ive some a few essentials that are just along for the ride for very few dollars
Shipping
Loved this as father’s day present even though amazon can’t seem to ship it when they advertise
Packaging/appearance
I packed thins full of tools mini bottle of stans no tubes and a few other things
Has a bit of weight all packed up so i was worried it would bounce out of the bottle holder but it stays in place
Competitiveness
The epessa has been a reliable alternative to a saddle pack
For example wolf tooth components sells a brad adapter that permits you to double up on bottle cages
