Pros & Cons
Cons
Would not fit my 700c rims. The tube was inflated to 70 lbs. They're a bit too thin and after a year they started creeping into my spoke holes enough to start causing pinch flats. Dislodged on tire installation and caused two flats.
This is after only 4 or 5 months. Totally useless. Don't recommend. Buy the cheaper ones listed on amazon. This rim take is useless.
Despite being called tape, there is no adhesive, and it is one continuous band you slip over the rim prior to installing the tube.

Needed a quick replacement and this was exactly the product i needed to cover my inner rim
I believe you will be pleased with this product if you are using them for the 406 size
I was able to keep the stem hole lined up with the rim by placing a bolt through both holes
