Going into this purchase knowing that they were plexiglass i was still surprised and disappointed that two out of three of the pieces either came scratched out of the box or soon before i put the pictures in despite the care that i took with the glass

I was very careful with the glass in the process of inserting the photos placing them only on the bubble wrap that they came in and wiping the dust off them only with a soft cloth but it was still somewhat disheartening to wrap a picture that was already scratched up

I positioned the scratched areas so that theyre not easily noticeable on the pictures but it was a disappointment that they were damaged before my parents could even see them

It is made of real birch bark but it won’t peal like birch bark tends to do
