It unzips all the way down the front but its just thin cagoule

I can recommend this if you are looking for a short well designed and wellmade cagoule but i wouldnt call it a jacket

We have had horrendous weather over the past few days and my husband has worn this when we have gone out in the evening and his jumper and tee shirt have stayed dry not however his jeans as this doesn’t cover them and the water rolled off the jacket onto the jeans

It is waterproof the water beads on the surface and practically shakes off
