It helps me with digestion, as i have a hard time digesting fiber. It works so wonderfully with our digestive tract. Good luck to all ibs sufferers.

Be aware of this company/seller. Shame on you for being so corrupt, and playing with people's health issues. Returned to amazon for refund.
