These are the best food enzymes i have tried. My daughter takes a chewable kind and it prevents her from getting eczema from dairy and wheat! These literally cured old tummy issues. These are a great start for a healthier life.

Cons

Just an fyi for anyone interested in purchasing from this company. The pictures and advertisement are misleading! In not sure. I feel this is misleading, and i only saved about $10 because i had to take twice as much to get the same effect.

It doesn't work and, worst of all, it gives me stomach pain around my navel.
