Pros

These work excellently for me. My son is severely autistic and these enzymes improve all of the typical problem areas. This is probably the one supplement that has saved my life.

Completegest is an excellent product for anyone with digestive problems to try. Helps prevent heartburn and (hopefully) helps digest phytic acid. Removes the digestive stress.

Pill works much better than my alternative corn digestive pill. Helps me enjoy foods such as pizza or hamburgers, which i normally don't digest well. They are for all sorts of food, but i really notice how well they work when eating dairy.

Cons

Couldn't eat, couldn't stop coughing, absolute misery. This ingredient is terrible for your health and is detrimental to your well being. Some magnesium is good for you but not this form.
