It has a malt type flavor. You can adjust the flavor as you wish.

I hope this shortage changes soon as this makes the cost prohibitive. The cost is reasonable and it is handy that it is in a powder form.

If you follow the instructions it mixes easy. If you are looking for a way to add a little extra nutrients this is the way to go. The best part is that it is dairy-free.

My mother who is 80 now also drinks it regularly. She adds it to the liquor she consume daily. I see the difference in my nails and hair, as they are longer, and of course my weight.

Cons

To me it is undrinkable. It's only convenient if you lack storage space or refrigeration capacity for a the bottles. Geez, why is it that some things that should be automatically much cheaper than the regular item, be well over twice as much.
