Pros

The taste is pretty good i add coconut milk and maybe a little chocolate it really helps my energy. Its not chalky and its smooth like cream and the taste is super good. Tastes best when very cold or blended with ice.

The shake tastes like a reese's cup and i genuinely look forward to it now. The part of bowel i got removed is responsible for b12 production, so it's a must for me to maintain my vitamin and mineral intake.

Cons

I know pea protein has a chalky taste. This product tastes almost exactly like their caramel flavor only worse. I want a high protein shake because it’s really hard to meet my protein goals without maxing out my fat and carbs.

Not gf not good for dietary needs. Should have read the list of ingredients better.
