Pros & Cons
Pros
It’s very sharp and lightweight. The hammered finish is a real stunner. Comparable to shun and dalstrong knives.
The fit and finish are flawless. The damascus lines are not as distinct, tho they are plenty distinct for show. Overall a very aesthetically pleasing knife. Now my go-to knife for most tasks.
This 5. Highly recommend. Love this knife. Looks great. This knife is a different story altogether. Well done. Not going to lie.
It is a little smaller than the chef's knives and fits comfortably in her hand. You still need a chef's knife for heavier work but they did a great job.
The balance is excellent. A joy to use. It also replaces my pairing knives.
Cons
The blade itself is definitely sub par. Seems to be a common issue, stay away.
