Pros

These knives come exceptionally sharp. The vg10 cutting edge is durable and more than sufficient for any home kitchen.

It fillets great (fish, meat, chicken) and yet can slice vegetables too. It full replaces a paring knife for me, but with the ability to actually chop on a board. It's my daily use knife for many tasks instead of my chef knives.

The 6 inch is the prefect size. Very comfortable in your hand while chopping. Very ergonomic and comfortable to hold.

This one is top quality, similar to the shun premier line. Out performs most german knives as well. Nice shape, made in japan.
