Pros
It's made of sturdy material and has held up well for traveling. It make organizing travel toiletries and meds a dream. However, i believe it's not a defect and just from the wear and tear from so many trips.

It fits snug into a suitcase also. Roomy without being to big and bulky. Some complain that it doesn't pack tightly, although true. Also, velcro needs to be a tad wider to secure when it is stuffed.
Cons
The wrap-around closure is not well designed. The compartments aren't spaced well enough to fold up nicely. I see it as a disposable bag since i feel certain that the next one will fall apart too.

The wear point is between the top and middle compartmentsthe lining tears between the two and then items fall into the middle compartment
