Quality
At half the price of the other slow expensive ones i am very well satisfied with the juicer
We were so impressed with the quality of the juice that we then went to john lewis and returned the sage plus juicer
Other than that i have not found any issues with the machine thus far
I love this juicer its a wonderful quality ive now had it a few weeks and i really cant fault it at all
Packaging/appearance
The lack of packaging it came in was poor though
Also the the cleanup does take some time and space to drain so juicing is better done in volume it can be stored in bottles in the fridge
Competitiveness
Bought this juicer after having been on a 3day detox with juices made by somebody else
So then invested in a duronic blender
I was expecting it to be quieter than it actually is but it is much quieter than a blendtec nutri ninja or any centrifugal juicer
They verified that the parts are exactly the same as their competitors just a difference of geography

My only niggle is that although the juicing basketscrew are easy to clean once detached detaching them is surprisingly tricky

I’ve started sliding a knife between the base and basket to ease it upoff the spindle which isn’t ideal and might scratch the base in time

Contacted manufacturer and they sent a replacement within 2 days

All come out dry and the enpee sounds like it doesnt even notice anything is being crushed in its grasp

If there was an extra filter or similar to remove all pulp from the juice this would definetely be a 5 star

Only complain i have and this is why i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that sometimes is very hard to disassemble after use
