I would not recommend this for anyone who isnt in good shape because you will need to power yourself out of the chair and it could be challenging for people who struggle to get in and out of chairs generally

The proportions dont seem comfortable for shorter people im 53 and i feel that it makes my spine bend in the wrong place and the chair just really feels overly large not proportioned for me

My 59 husband doesnt have that problem but said the headrest is much too high up
