High quality tea and the flavor is great
As far as the product itself its quite good
It is less astringent than lady grey which can overwhelm with the bergamot
It is similar to lady grey but with the addition of strawberry and lemon

The price is fine the tea came in a foillined paper pouch that will properly store the tea
This is a great tasting tea at a great price
The price is okay but i would like more for the cost but a little goes a long way
Packaging/appearance
Fresh enough in light proof and resealable packaging definitely has a kick to it in terms of spice
Other than the packaging the only downside is that you have to use quite a bit of the bag for maximum flavor payoff in a teapot

Its slightly bitter brews a weaker tea using the same measure that i always use has less flavor overall

Update i wondered if the bitterness was coming from the orange peel that flavors the tea or if changing the brewing method could improve the flavor

So i started with filtered water heated it to simmering instead of a full boil
