I checked herman millers site and they dont sell a headrest so its not that bad but i dont think it is of the quality of my chair

I have seen some reviews online stating that the headrest can move down on the support arms freely but engineered now have included stoppers as part of the packaging to correct this and it seems that they have also redesigned the vertical support bars from smooth to staggered to further reduce the ability of the headrest to freely move on the support arms  Read Less
