I called to complain about it they instructed me to send the whole system back to them again i complied received the phone system back with the same problem

Finally on the 3rd time dealing with their repair department i received a package from them with a brand new handset and now the phone system is working like it is supposed to

I have always used digital spread spectrum dss phone systems thats what this particular phone system is and dss phones systems in general are superior to standard cordless phone systems but this particular phone system is superior to my older dss phone system

I would not be surprised if companies have stopped producing nickel cadmium battery technology because it is a very obsolete technology
