Pros

The ozone generator itself is top notch. While it's a bit tedious taking apart the generator to get to this plate, the swap of parts is painless.

Ac ductwork no longer smells. Imbedding the brittle plate in the grease also serves to prevents shattering. The other pic shows the block it mounts on, and residual heat sink compound.

Cons

There was a distinct ozone smell when used. Had a crack in the baseplate when it was delivered. This is the third time in 2 years an ozone plate from this manufacturer has cracked/broken and needed replacement.

Been using ozone generator for years was easy to replace the plate

The replacement filter was easy to install and fit perfectly

Use a heat gun or blow dryer on the plate for 3060 seconds and it will fire up everytime

Thank you hopefully i can still buy after all the three plates are burnt out

I ordered this replacement and it arrived quickly well packaged too i might add

I contacted the oion team because this product wasnt available and they responded quickly with a date that it would be back online

Packaging/appearance

Anyway my point is that the plate youll receive is different from what they show in their photo

I did not like that a small packet of thermal grease was not included

This looked pretty 34idiot proof34 so i really didnt understand the problem

Competitiveness

The heat sink has thermal paste on the back of the heat sink similar to cpu paste

I took a chance on these plates as i was purchasing them for an offbrand ozone machine with a similar plate configuration

The part is a replacement grid for several brands or makes of ozone generators
