I also have an enertwist cordless screwdriver which works very well. The rotation speed is much easier to handle than tools with higher rotation speed. Handle can be mounted either side.

Cut through wood and mortar, sanded down the epoxy, and chiseled up my mess (epoxy) from the concrete floor. Lots of power for the sanding job. When the weather gets better, i also need to do some sanding on our patio deck.
