Then i went online and watched a couple videos of donna eden speaking and i have to say she seems like a new age looney tune all wide eyes soft voice and gigantic fake smiles

Few books about the energy body actually give exercises on how to work with it yourself so this gets over the hurdle of other books like barbara brennanʻs hands of light where if you want to learn the techniques you have to pay a lot of money and go in person to a seminar
