Three brightness modes to choose from including one that has the light in a perimeter shape with the direcy beam dimmed. Has a few modes, bright, brighter, red. Has varying lights andamp; they are all nice & bright!

My only complaint is that it’s so bright, sometimes i see spots and floaters afterwards. The way it's made though is a little odd because the light shines directly down into your eyes if you’re not wearing a hat or anything.

The rechargeable headlamp is nice if used almost exclusively at home. Havent worn out the batteries yet. Battery life is dependent on your battery type, but the ones that it comes with, do last a long while.

The light is perfect. The band is good. With that being said the varying degrees of the headlights are excellent.

The gentlest setting, with the red light, is perfect for doing something in my tent or in my immediate space in my campsite. Clicked it on and the little rascal and i were set to walk about in the dark night.

When i try to turn it on it flashes on for a second then it goes off. You need to simultaneously press down toward the ground and in toward your forehead, making all this button pressing and button holding awkward and difficult.

Save time and get something with more lumens.
