Pros
The zipper storage bag is nicer than i expected. They coil up nicely into the carry case. Soft case keeps everything in a neat package and helps the cables from sliding around.
Cables connect to a permanently mounted receptacle under the hood. Much safer on the side of the road.
My nephew, a journeyman electrician, tells me he believes them to be copper coated aluminum but that they should work fine for my purpose. Very sturdy and nice long cable.
Cons
The jaws are too wide and don't clamp around the side mounted posts on a 2002 silverado. The vinyl protection on the * is so bulky it prevents the copper jaw from biting the inner ring on gm side-post terminal. The * are also super stiff and it'll tak... Read More

Quality
The quality of the cables is really good
I received these cables as a gift a couple years ago and was very pleased with the quality length and they came with a carrying case
Fabric case is not a good quality ripped after 2nd use
Granted hooking up to your battery should be straight forward but other lugs and hardware come with the kit
Packaging/appearance
Unlike other bags this is super sturdy great zipper and easy to coil back into the bag
Good luck getting the cables back in the bag
Competitiveness
I recently had occasion to use it and it performed like a champ
The 20ft version can actually reach from car to car with cars parked back to back
Each clamp takes two 2 lr1130 coin batteries
With a completely dead battery on a 2018 mazda cx5 i was able to start the car after 10 minutes

Of course i ended up having to give a jump to someone and immediately realized my error it was truly a pain in the rear

I believe the disconnect is far enough from the battery that there is no chance of explosion

It is 01 awg cable not the thin 14 awg typical cables
