Pros

All the materials is very sturdy. Caulking helps some - taped around the outside and caulked all the inside tunnel joints.

The flaps have a really strong magnet. Mine uses plastic clips on the bottom of the doors instead of the metal clips i keep seeing in photos. The dogs were able to get used to it without the metal, so we're satisfied.

I would definitely recommend this dog door, it is expensive, but the quality (once rectified) is superb and the customer service is great.

The product itself seems very sturdy and looks great. The frames are well engineered, manufactured and powder-coated. I feel like the door is very well-made and durable, i expect it will last a long time.

This * door is great. My gsd flies through it without any issues and my 35lb goldendoodle loves it as well. I also have a 14 pound cockapoo who uses the door aswell.

Cons

Eight hours installing this door ruins it. The frame and the installation hardware is pathetically flimsy. This product is tremendously overpriced.

I have purchased another endura flap door to install in our bedroom

The endura flap is worth the extra cost

We tried a petsafe wall entry door and the flaps may as well not have even been attached during any amount of wind

I would not recommend diy if you are a novice
